What is Reiki….
Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique that harnesses Universal Life Force Energy to help reduce stress, anxiety and help foster the body’s natural healing process and well-being. This gentle, but powerful, holistic approach focuses on the connection between mind, body, and soul, balancing the physical, emotional, and spiritual energies. It does not involve religious beliefs or rituals, making it compatible for all faiths (or lack thereof) and complements conventional medical therapies.

What to Expect…
Reiki is often given with the client lying down on a massage-type table, but can be done in a seated position. During your session, you will be guided into a calm state of relaxation where the practitioner may use light pressure or no touch at all to move energy thru your body. Some people describe experiencing a floating or euphoric sensation, others have vivid visualizations, and some even fall asleep. Everyone reports feeling relaxed and at ease during and following sessions. Session times can vary between 30-45min.
